Dear BRS Stakeholder,
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is announcing today a determination of nonregulated status for Syngenta Seeds, Inc., and Bayer CropScience's soybean genetically engineered to tolerate exposure to the herbicides glufosinate and mesotrione. This notice also includes the availability of our written determination and finding of no significant impact.
